1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KontentKannon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KontentKannon is a content publishing platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across social media, newsletter, and blog platforms. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, analytics, team collaboration, and integration features.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish content that violates any law or regulation
• Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Exceed rate limits or abuse platform API integrations
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all content before publishing. AI-generated content may not be factually accurate.

7. Third-Party Platform Terms

When you connect third-party platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to KontentKannon, you must comply with each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions resulting from content violations.

8. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

9. AI Credits

AI credits are consumed when using AI content generation features. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credit purchases are non-refundable.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
