Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KontentKannon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KontentKannon is a content publishing platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across social media, newsletter, and blog platforms. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, analytics, team collaboration, and integration features.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to publish content that violates any law or regulation
Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing
Exceed rate limits or abuse platform API integrations
Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all content before publishing. AI-generated content may not be factually accurate.

7. Third-Party Platform Terms

When you connect third-party platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to KontentKannon, you must comply with each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions resulting from content violations.

8. Subscription Billing

Month-to-Month Subscription. All paid plans are billed on a month-to-month basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds, no prorated refunds upon cancellation, and no refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. By subscribing, you accept this no-refund policy.

Payment Authorization. By providing a payment method, you authorize Digital Inventory Group LLC to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

No Refunds Upon Cancellation. When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the subscription terminates. No exceptions.

Chargebacks. You agree to contact our support team to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support channels may result in immediate suspension of your account, termination of service, and forfeiture of all data and credits associated with your account.

9. Prepaid AI Credit Wallet

Credit Purchases. AI credits are purchased separately from your subscription in $10 increments ("wallet top-ups"). Credits are added to your account wallet immediately upon successful payment.

No Expiration. Purchased AI credits do not expire. Credits remain in your wallet until consumed.

NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. All AI credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot exchange credits for cash, transfer credits to another account, or receive a refund for unused credits under any circumstances. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Credit Consumption. Credits are consumed at published rates when you use AI token-based features (content generation, repurposing, etc.). Consumption rates reflect pass-through costs from AI providers plus a service margin. Current rates are displayed in your account dashboard before each AI action.

Pricing Adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust AI token pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days written notice (via email or in-app notification) before any pricing increase takes effect. Previously purchased credits are consumed at the rate in effect at the time of consumption, not at the time of purchase.

Account Termination. Upon termination of your account (whether by you or by us), any remaining AI credits in your wallet are forfeited. Credits are non-refundable upon account closure.

No Refunds — Repeated for Clarity. To be unambiguous: all payments made to Digital Inventory Group LLC for KontentKannon subscriptions and AI credits are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: monthly subscription fees, AI credit wallet top-ups, and any other charges associated with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina. The Service is operated by Digital Inventory Group LLC.
